Knitted acoustic ceiling

Working with Paul Morgan Architects and Studio Roland Snooks on the new facilities for the Brunswick Campus, RMIT. We looked to innovative solutions that showcase new research. This space has custom made knitted ceiling that is made using the Shima Seki 3d knitting machine to make the first customised largescale architectural installation of an acoustic ceiling.
