Royal Melbourne Dental Hospital  - 2025

ZILKAStudio was commissioned by Paul Morgan Architects to work together on an interior  concept for the Royal Dental Hospital upgrade, a project centered on a new entry and a complete revitalization of the existing Swanston Street building. Tasked with providing distinct meaning to a diverse program including consultant rooms, reception areas, and waiting zones, ZILKAStudio utilised compliant materials to craft a cohesive yet highly functional environment. Central to the design was a deep commitment to neurodivergent sensitivities. Using gum tree colour schemes that wrapped the spaces gave a way finding logic to the interior programming.
